Video - Local youth group works to save Potomac

The Downstream Project, a non-profit ecological conservation group based out of Berryville, Va., has released a video following the Shepherdstown Presbyterian youth group as they learn about the importance of river conservation at Seneca Creek in the Monongahela National Forrest.

According to their website The Downstream Project works to promote natural resource conservation by increasing "awareness, action and alliances through visual arts and technology."

The Shepherdstown Presbyterian youth group worked with the West Virginia Wilderness Coalition to help pass the Omnibus Public Lands Act of 2009.
