All you really need to know, you'll learn at the Apollo

October 26, 2012
Shepherdstown Chronicle

The Apollo Civic Theatre, 128 E. Martin St., Martinsburg, presents "All I Really Need To Know I Learned In Kindergarten" Nov. 9-18.

Based on Robert Fulghum's best-selling books, "Kindergarten" takes a funny, insightful and heartwarming look at what is profound in everyday life. Audiences will be treated to a unique combination of theatrical storytelling in revue format with monologues, dialogues and multiple voice narration enhanced through the use of live piano underscoring. The colorful characters in these stories celebrate our very existence, from the whimsy of childhood to the wisdom of old age.

Performances are Nov. 9-11 and 16-18. Curtain time is 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 2:30 on Sundays. Tickets are available at the door. Or, for reserved seating, call (304)263-6766. Tickets are also available online at www.apollo-theatre.org.
