Shepherd seeking comments on business programs for IACBE visit

Shepherd University is seeking comments from the public about its Department of Business Administration undergraduate program and the M.B.A. graduate business program in preparation for the upcoming re-accreditation visit by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. Shepherd will host the visit Jan. 15 and 16, 2013 with a team of two reviewers representing IACBE. The team will meet with students, faculty, administration, alumni, members of the community and advisory boards.

The IACBE exists to promote and recognize excellence in business education and expects its members and their accredited programs to comply with its accreditation principles and policies. The public is invited to submit comments regarding Shepherd’s business programs to IACBE: Public Comment on Shepherd University, IACBE, 11374 Strang Line Road, Lenexa, KS, 66215. The public may also submit comments via e-mail to IACBE at iacbe@iacbe.org

Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution and its business programs. The IACBE self-study and site visit schedule may be viewed at www.shepherd.edu/bafcweb/
