Shepherdstown Middle School Jazz Band, under the leadership of Chad Conant, was again named the West Virginia Middle School Honor Jazz Band for the second year in a row. The honor came after the band received Superior ratings at the Eastern Regional Jazz Festival held Saturday at Jefferson High School.
