William “Ted” Irvin Bohrer Jr.

William “Ted” Irvin Bohrer Jr., 68, of Shepherdstown, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at Willow Tree Manor in Charles Town.

Born March 26, 1945, in Brunswick, Md., he was the son of the late William Irvin Bohrer Sr. and Alma Virginia Brown Bohrer.

He was retired from Prince George’s County Schools as an electrician.

He is survived by three sons, Theodore Matthew Bohrer and Sean Bohrer, both of North Beach, Md., and Justin Bohrer of Knoxville, Md.; one daughter, Nicole Bohrer, of Knoxville, Md.; one brother, Monte Bohrer and wife, Susan, of Kearneysville; and two sisters, Kim Barker and husband, Mike, of Shenandoah Junction and Rebekah Lynn Seif and husband, Mohammed, of Floram Park, N.J.; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Chris Bohrer; and one grandson, Bradley Bohrer.

Services were held at noon Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Bolivar Pentecostal Church, 87 Old Taylor Lane, Harpers Ferry, with Pastor B.G. Turner and Pastor Bruce Hansen officiating. Interment was in Park Heights Cemetery in Brunswick, Md.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bolivar Pentecostal Church, 87 Old Taylor Lane, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.
