Participants will recline in a comfortable position on a yoga mat (provided by Harmony if you don't have one) and be guided with positive suggestions in a group hypnotic session. The experience should leave participants feeling positive and more empowered to live their full potential.

Please wear comfortable clothing for either/both workshops. Donations will be gratefully accepted for both events, but they are not necessary.

Friday, Jan. 10 from 6-7 p.m., come take part in Edgar Cayce -Based Exercises. Tune up for the new year. Come experience Peter van Daam's series of simple lymph-cleansing exercises drawn from the recommendations in the Edgar Cayce readings. No matter where you are on the scale of fitness, a daily investment using these gentle, low impact lymphatic exercises will restore flexibility, strength and energy; enhance athletic performance; and prevent the gradual loss of body and mind functions associated with physical inactivity. Donations appreciated; half of each donation will go to ARE to help fund Peter's continuing work.
