Sound-Healing is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well-being and better health.
Yin Yoga cultivates a deeper connection to our body, mind and soul. This quiet, grounded practice encourages students to slow down, unite to their breath, open into the deep layers of connective tissue and come back to balance. Suitable for students of all experience levels.
Together Ann Craig & Turi Nevin-Turkel will guide participants through an incredible & unique healing practice. Turi will lead a series of Yin yoga postures- all of which are safe and supported. Throughout the session, Ann with offer the gift of sound healing, sharing the bliss of the crystal bowls as they bring forth sound and vibration to soothe and align mind, body and soul.

Ann Craig is a Reiki certified body worker who uses various modalities of energy healing in her practice. She also offers life coaching and intuitive guidance to clients. Using 8 crystal singing bowls she shares sound therapy within her practice and with the community. Harmonizing and healing body, mind amd soul.
Turi Nevin-Turkel is a certified yoga teacher that shares weekly classes that nourish and guide students to become aware and awake to themselves along with the world around them. Currently engaged in the Wisdom Method School of Yoga 700-hour Yoga Therapist Program, she is trained in yin, vinyasa, restorative and yoga nidra.
