The party is a week early because Isabelle's sister Rochelle can't seem to fit her mother's real birthday into her schedule. Mama's Almost Birthday is packed full of laughs, cake, a hidden boyfriend, and a surprising twist that will have us all glad we are not part of this dysfunctional family.

Plumber's Butt, by Jay Huling Jacksonville, Florida, directed by Karen Paone.
Comedy: Harvey and Carol are falling apart mentally, physically, and even spiritually when Vikki, Carol's sister, discovers an unorthodox cure-all in an unlikely place. Now all they have to do is believe in the power of a "fundament faith healer," but will Harvey see the light? Do they have what it takes to get to the bottom of... the Plumber's Butt?
Featuring Lee Hebb as Harvey; Amy Hebb as Carol; Katie Kennedy as Vicki and Will Heyser as Tim.
Shimmer, by Tess Light Los Alamos, New Mexico, directed by Christine Brewer.
Comedy: What would you do with your life if you had only 24 hours to live it? Would you try to experience as much as you possibly could, pack it full of wonderful experiences? Or would you revel in the small beautiful moments of the everyday, and experience them as fully as possible? This is the question posed in Shimmer. We see these two options brought to life in the two lives of the short-lived Mayfly. Told with humor and thoughtfulness, Shimmer might make you re-think what is important in your life.
Featuring Catherine Ellzey as Lady Mayfly, Zach Little as Gentleman Mayfly, and Charlie Perkins as a variety of Mayflies
Ethel, by Seth Freeman Pacific Palisades, California; directed by James Wright.
