Observations of the Mothman

Post your observations from daily news which may "leave a mark" on our nation, state, county, municipalities or society as a whole. If you have a solution than please share it. Maybe those think tanks in D.C. can help think us through our dysfunctions. Or perhaps we can fix things on our own. Lets prevent this nation from "seeing the Mothman" so we don't have to tell our grandchildren why we are not speaking English anymore.

I have admit, I'm kind of enjoying the entertainment of how the Teapublicans are trying so hard to call him out at any and every decision. It doesn't even matter how irrelevant it is. They are so obsessed.

GOP: "Just look at how he's eating that ice cream!!! What a terrible President!" "Pres. G.W. didn't eat ice cream like that!"...

Republican pants-sh!tters aside -- rational Americans agree that the Obama Administration did a great job preventing an Ebola pandemic.

Stats for the American Ebola Pandemic: Two people infected. Remember, Republican pants sh!tters also said ISIS was going to kill us all.

UPPER MARLBORO Md. (Reuters) - President Barack Obama made a rare appearance on the campaign trail on Sunday with a rally to support the Democratic candidate for governor in Maryland, but early departures of crowd members while he spoke underscored his continuing unpopularity.

It's Maryland, an easy victory for any liberal Democrat. Willie Horton could win in Maryland.

Sometimes I just feel sad for the guy. Scott Brown? Like 98% of the pop. know who he is. Gingrich? Do I need the premium Dish deal to get the channel he is on?

Pope says, "God Is Not Afraid Of New Things." That's true. Did you see that new Porsche in God's driveway?

If Gingrich Was Prez ‘We Would Not Have Any Old Maids in America', they would all be his ex-wives.

If Santorum Was Prez ‘We Would Not Have Any Snobs in America', except for Dirtball who thinks he is better than anyone with an education.

Scott Brown says "If Romney Was Prez ‘We Would Not Be Worrying About Ebola’" Let's infect Romney with Ebola and find out if that is true.

The Jefferson County League of Women Voters has a long standing tradition of sponsoring candidate forums for primary and general elections. The League encourages informed and active participation of citizens in government. The League regrets to announce that we are unable to schedule the forums for this general election cycle. We attempted to arrange forums...

"Apparently you clowns have never been in charge of anything." Dirtball is a typical American conservative - he admires the leadership styles of Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un.

"You either have the right to vote or you do not." True, and Republicans are trying to change way that right is exercised -- away from the system that their parents and grand parent used.

The Siamese twins joined at whatever have spoken. Phased in? Why would it be phased in? You either have the right to vote or you do not. Too simple for you?

You guys are no different than O'Really who wants restrictions on travel until we can handle it. When does that happen? Who makes that decision?

The mealy mouth club. Apparently you clowns have never been in charge of anything.

Sounds reasonable.

I am not opposed to voter ID. However, most laws are phased in, and provisions are included to help citizens with compliance.

"No ID is necessary" It's true. I worked the polls during the last levy. For all I know I could have allowed the same man vote with multiple personalities and different names throughout the day. Who am I to deny the rights of all those personalities?

"Justin Bieber is used to taking jabs and uppercuts from fans and media. Now, he can fight back. Literally.

The "Girlfriend" singer posted several photos of himself training with prized boxer Floyd "Money" Mayweather Jr. on Thursday night."

When does he speak at the U.N.?
