The Shepherdstown Farm Market is seeking vendors for participation in the Shepherdstown Farm Market 2009 season, which is from Sunday, April 5, to Sunday, Dec. 20. The Market is looking for vendors that consider themselves “speciality crop growers.”

The Market is seeking growers with vegetable crops not commonly seen at local markets, crops

such as artichokes and purple asparagus.

These vendors should be creative and be able to fill a niche in the Market with the addition of new products in the vegetable line. The market is also accepting applications from vendors for artisan cheeses and dairy products.
