Recommendations:

a. Approve loan of $60,000 to Entler Hotel in 09-10- with town participating in a dollar for dollar matching up to $20,000 as a possible donation

b. Revise and execute new lease with Entler

c. Transfer $30,000 from Video Lottery unallocated to Garbage Truck Fund in 09-10 budget for purchase of new truck at estimate provided

d. Re-allocate $265,000 in 09-10 budget from General Infrastructure to specific project Mill and Paving

e. In future years, allocate the balance due for Mill and Paving $534,000 less $265,000 from Video Lottery Revenue to this Capital Expense

f. Approve the Community partnership Grant for $3000
