12:56 to 1:25 a.m. Duke Street. Traffic Stop. Conducted a vehicle stop. A citation was issued. Juveniles released to their parents.
1:43 to 1:48 a.m. Rumsey Park. Suspicious persons. Two subjects at monument, moved on.
6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Office. Court preparation.
6:46 to 8 p.m. Men’s Club. Court. Assisted with Municipal Court.
8:05 to 8:35 p.m. Office. Complaint. Took a Domestic Battery complaint.
8:36 to 9 p.m. Office. Complaint. Took a stolen vehicle complaint.
9:55 to 10:57 p.m. Town limits. Patrol, Patrolled town limits.
11:32 to 11:50 Martinsburg Pike. Agency assist. Assisted county units with a suspicious person call at the 7-11. Subject intoxicated. His car was blocked in.
Tuesday, August 11
1:50 to 2:02 a.m. Thatcher Court. Agency assist. Shots fired report. Assisted county units with a shots fired call. Subjects were letting off fireworks.
2:45 to 3:15 a.m. Downtown. Foot patrol. Walked a beat around the downtown area.
6:32 to 6:40 p.m. River Road. Traffic enforcement. Assisted fellow officer with a traffic stop. A warning was issued.
9:10 to 10:30 p.m. Boat ramp Suspicious Activity. Made an arrest and had a K-9 search the vehicle. A complaint was filed.

1:45 to 2:30 a.m. Town Limits. Patrol. Patrolled town limits.
8 a.m. Office. Prepare for shift change.
10 a.m. Campus Police Department. Assist. Exchanged information.
10:30 Town. Patrol Patrolled the town by vehicle.
12:30 Charles Town. Warrants. Dropped off warrant and picked up a warrant. Two trips were made.
3 p.m. East New Street, Warrant attempt. Attempted to serve a warrant. The subject was not home.
4 p.m. Office. Complaint. Took a destruction of property report.
5 p.m. Maddex Drive. Agency assist. Assisted county units with a motor vehicle accident.
6:30 p.m. Office. Went to pick up other cruiser.
9:30 p.m. North Duke Street. Traffic enforcement. Ran radar.

5 p.m. Campus police department. Agency assist. Exchanged information.

2:30 a.m. High Street. Complaint. Welfare check. Checked a intoxicated person who is mentally disturbed. Subject was laying on sidewalk. Called for EMS which transported subject to Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Charles Town.
