1 p.m. Firing range. Training. Practiced with firearms.
2 p.m. Town limits. Security detail. Assisted with protection for Senator Byrd’s visit.
Saturday, November 21
9 a.m. Town limits. Patrol. Patrolled town.
10:30 a.m. Town limits. Traffic enforcement. Ran radar.
6 p.m. Office. Complete end of shift paperwork.
Sunday, November 22
7:30 a.m. King Street. Traffic control. Checked Farmers Market. Had two cars towed and issued two other citations.
11 a.m. County. Agency assist. Worked with county units looking for a possible fire.
12:30 p.m. Town limits. Patrol. Patrolled town. The area is quiet.
8:55 to 9 a.m. East German Street. Open door. Checked the building where open door was found and spoke with the resident.
10 to 11:30 p.m. German Street. Traffic enforcement.
Monday, November 23
12:10 to 12:20 a.m. Morgan’s Grove Park. Agency assist. Assisted sheriffs deputies with trying to locate a fire.
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Town limits. Patrolled town.
11:15 to 11:25 p.m. College Street. Disturbance. A Traffic stop was made. The female driving the car was advised that the vehicle had stolen plates.
11:40 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Complaint. Subject from the above incident, the female was arrested on two felony warrants.
Tuesday, November 24
1:48 to 2:40 a.m. Food Lion. Agency assist. Assisted county units with checking the Food Lion after an alarm sounded. There were pry marks on the door. The building was checked.
9 a.m. Office. Arrest. A capias hearing was held for two subjects, who were arrested.
10:14 a.m. West German Street. Alarm. Checked an alarm on West German Street. The alarm was set off by accident.
12:30 p.m. Town limits. Patrolled town.
2:07 p.m. East German Street. Alarm. Checked an alarm on East German Street. The alarm was unfounded.
7:30 to 8 p.m. Office. Investigation. Working on active case.
9:30 to 9:35 p.m. West German Street. Drug Complaint. Checked area around West German Street. Nothing was found, the call was unfounded.
10:30 to 11 p.m. Office. Domestic Complaint. Subject reported a domestic incident that occurred in the county. Contacted the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department about the matter.
11:04 to 11:10 p.m. East Washington Street. Traffic enforcement. Conducted a vehicle stop. No action was taken.

November 25
1:30 to 2:30 a.m. Downtown. Foot patrol. Walked a beat along German Street.
4:20 a.m. Office. Complete logs and paperwork.
8 p.m. Princess and Washington Street. Traffic enforcement.
9:10 p.m. German Street. Traffic enforcement. A traffic stop was made. No action was taken.
11 p.m. Town limits. Patrol. Patrolled Town.
11 to 11:30 a.m. Duke Street. Traffic enforcement. Ran radar.
Thursday, November 26
12 a.m. Town limits. Patrolled town.
12:44 to 12:48 a.m. South Duke Street. Traffic Stop. No action was taken.
1:28 to 2:30 a.m. Downtown. Patrol. Patrol of downtown area. Heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
1:30 a.m. German Street. Motor Assist. Assisted motorist with disabled vehicle. Towing company was called.
2:30 to 3:05 a.m. Downtown. Foot patrol. Walked a beat along German Street.
3 a.m. German Street. Assisted officer with a fight in front of Tony’s. Fellow officer was assaulted and a foot chase ensued. Unable to locate subject.
3:40 to 3:50 a.m. Back Alley. Suspicious person. Checked on subject sitting next to a car. A complaint was filed.
4 a.m. Back Alley. Assist. Assisted officer with a subject in Back Alley.
9 p.m. Town limits. Assist. Assisted with a call about a domestic problem.
11 a.m. Town limits. Patrol. Patrolled town.
Friday, November 27
6 p.m. Office. Office duties. Checked mail and other messages.
6:30 p.m. Downtown. Security detail. Assisted with Christmas Tree lighting.
9 p.m. Office. Assist. Exchanged information with other officers and the campus police.
