Because ofthe recent snowstorms when I had finishedmy library books and wantedto pick up others, as I have difficulty walking I was unable to get into the library.

Although the entrances to the library had been cleared, I would still have had to walk on uncleared areas to get there.

I talked to Hali at the Shepherdstown Library to explain my problem.

She arranged to have the books I had requested available to pick up.

When I arrived at the Library, a staff member brought the books to my car, and picked up the books I was returning.

This remarkable consideration and service from the staff of the Shepherdstown Library was certianly user friendly and is to be highly commended.
