April 17

6:50 p.m. – N. Princess Street – Domestic, parties separated, advised of options.

11:30 p.m. – N. Princess Street – assist with medical call.

April 18

12:44 a.m. – E. German Street – Assist A.B.C. agents with underage consumption complaint at Tony’s.

2:50 a.m. – N. Princess Street – Suspicious activity, checked subject in vehicle.

3:10 a.m. – Rt. 9, Kearneysville – Assist state police with fight in parking lot at Sheetz.

April 22

9 p.m. – S. Duke Street – Traffic stop.

9:57 p.m. – W. German Street – Traffic stop.

April 23

12:10 a.m. – German and King streets – Disturbance; responded to intoxicated female subject. EMS called to scene, advised subject did not need medical assistance, released to adult friend for transport home.

1:20 a.m. – Sandpiper Road. – Assist county unit and EMS with call for female subject from earlier incident. Subject transported to Jefferson Memorial Hospital by EMS.

2 a.m. E. German Street – Fight at Tony’s.

2:40 a.m. – Office – Intoxicated subject advised he had been in fight at Tony’s, unrelated to earlier fight.

7:15 p.m. – King Street – Traffic stop.

9:30 p.m. – Duke Street – Traffic stop.

11:30 p.m. – E. German Street – Respond to 3 Onions for disturbance, intoxicated person, subject gone on arrival.

April 24

2 a.m. – N. Duke Street – Assist with subject who fell off wall.

3 a.m. – N. Duke Street – Traffic control.

6 a.m. – N. King Street – Clear street for potato drop.

12:16 p.m. – Wellness Center – Pick up Mayor, photograph signs at N. Church and W. High per Mayor.

2:15 p.m. – Office – take battery report.

9:42 p.m. – S. King Street – Traffic stop.

10:18 p.m. – W. High Street – Traffic stop.

11:30 p.m. – W. Washington Street – Door open at residence when owner arrived home. Cleared residence with K-9, all clear.

April 25

2:45 p.m. – E. German Street – Disturbance at Tony’s, possible fight. Male subject left with five other subjects, conducted interview, learning of an injured white male subject in the vicinity of King Street. Upon approaching individual on King Street, subject began to run. Officer began foot pursuit as subject ran to high street around white hall before the subject ran into a concrete pole and sustaining additional injuries. Subject transported to Jefferson Memorial Hospital for treatment by Shepherdstown EMS.
