At approximately 12:30 p.m. today, police officers in flack jackets removed a man from his car at gun point at the four-way stop near Duke and German Streets, said an eye witness.

The officers were driving unmarked police cars and had their flashing lights on.

According to Shepherdstown Police Officer Flagal, the U.S. Marshalls were investigating a lead. No arrests were made.
