CHARLESTON – The Secretary of State’s Business and Licensing Division will be open on Friday, Dec, 31.

Secretary of State Natalie Tennant says staff will be able to help business owners who need to conduct end of year business before the Dec. 31 deadline.

The Secretary of State’s Office has remained open on previous holidays. The Business and Licensing Division was also open on New Year’s Eve 2009 and on West Virginia Day in 2009 and 2010.
