(Submitted photo) Ken and Kristie George of Shepherdstown are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin George, to John Sugamele, son of Joseph and Deborah Sugamele of Massapequa, N.Y. The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Paul and Lena George of Uniontown, Pa., and Mary Whiteman of West Virginia. Kristin is a 2006 high school graduate. She is employed by Little Eagle Child Care Center in Kearneysville as a lead teacher. The future groom is the grandson of the late John and Carmella Sugamele of Massapequa, N.Y. John is a 2004 graduate of St. Dominic High School. He is currently an Aviation Electricians Mate Third Class for the United States Navy. The couple have planned their wedding for Sept. 17, 2011.
