Al Green and Sarah Wright of Shepherdstown are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Alaysia Elyse Twyman.

Alaysia was born on Dec. 18 at City Hospital at 1:39 p.m. She weighed 8 pounds and 5 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

The paternal grandparents are Ann and David Twyman.

The maternal grandparents are Brenda Twigg and the late Lewis Russell Twigg.

Brandon Staley and Shaina Cogan of Shepherdstown, are pleased to announce the birth of their new baby girl, Kamdyn Noelle Staley. She arrived on Dec. 27 at 7:52 p.m. at the City Hospital Birthing Center. She weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.

The paternal grandparents are Sam and Anette Staley.

The maternal grandparents are Scott and Sheila Cogan.
