Free seminar to help runners set at Barvarian Inn Jan. 28

A team of running experts will put on a seminar to discover how running can be pain free. Visitors will get a better understanding of foot biomechanics, running gait and footwear.

Physical therapists, doctors and runners from all over North America will join Dr. Mark Cucuzzella and his team from Two River Treads. TRTreads, The Bavarian Inn and the Running Clinic, Canada are the event sponsors.

This seminar is free to the public. It will be held at the Bavarian Inn from 7 to 9 p.m. on Jan. 28.
