MARTINSBURG – Shepherdstown resident Bert Boone has model boats on display at the Martinsburg Library through February.

All the models on display represent actual ships. Three are done from kits and the rest are made from scratch. It generally takes one to two years to complete a model, however others can take up to four years to complete.
