Carrie Drewry and Jeremy Billmyer of Shepherdstown are proud to announce the birth of their son, Matthew Robert Billmyer. Matthew was born on Feb. 3 at City Hospital at 12:26 a.m. He weighed 8 pounds and 5.6 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

The paternal grandparents are Sam and Linda Billmyer.

The maternal grandparents are James Drewry and JoAnne Newport.
