(Submitted photo) The Shepherd Education Student Association were announced at the 2011 WVSEA Spring Fling held at the Charleston Marriott Hotel on Friday, April 1, Outstanding Chapter in the state of West Virginia. Shepherd competed with several other college/university campuses from around the state including, West Virginia Wesleyan, West Liberty, Glenville State, Bluefield, Concord and University of Charleston.
