As part of its June Customer Appreciation month, the Shepherdstown Farmers Market gave away bags full of market products again last weekend. Last weekend’s winners were Guy Fritz, Sali Gelestino and John Snyder.

The Shepherdstown Farmers Market is located behind the Shepherdstown Library every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., from April to December. The market sells local farm raised beef, pork, chicken and eggs, a variety of fresh produce, cheese, baked goods, as well as fresh breads, jellies, salsas, homemade tortilla chips, gourmet herb vinegars, spices, herbal teas, fresh cut flowers, potted herbs and plants, goats milk soap and more. For updates on market, find them on Facebook.
