Parking permits issued by the Shepherdstown Police Department will expire on June 30, 2011. You can get your new parking permit at the Shepherdstown Police Department, 104 N. King St. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MondayFriday and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 9 and Saturday, July 23. The month of July will be a “grace period” and therefore enforcement of the parking permit will begin on Aug. 1. You must bring your vehicle to the Shepherdstown Police Department to have the parking permit sticker applied.
