Recently Lisa Kirkland and Dixie Dunn represented Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County and Tess Robinson and Tess Haywood represented Love A Cat Enterprises at a one-day workshop in Fairfax, presented by Petfinder.com, the online database of homeless pets.

The workshop was sponsored by PETCO. Topics included strategies to increase adoptability of animals.

Petfinder.com is the largest database of homeless pets on the web, with over 356,000 animals listed by over 13,500 adoption groups.
