BLACKSBURG, Va. – Michael A. Cogswell, of Shepherdstown, and Caleigh Holmes, of Charles Town, were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Virginia Polytechnic Institute. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must attempt at least 12 credit hours graded on the A-F option and earn a 3.4 grade point average during the semester.

Cogswell is a junior computer science major, and Holmes is a freshman university studies major.
