Shepherd University head softball coach Leslie Lopez announced Aug. 18 that Jess Detrick has been elevated from a part-time to a full-time assistant softball position with the Rams.

Detrick, a Berkeley Springs native who enters her fifth season with the Shepherd softball staff, will also serve as coordinator of event management operations.
