SU names new lacrosse coach

Shepherd University director of athletics B.J. Pumroy announced Aug. 31 that Meghan Keelan has been named the head women’s lacrosse coach at Shepherd. Keelan replaces Tammy Butler, who resigned.

Keelan comes to Shepherd after spending the last three years as an assistant at Division I Bucknell University. Her coaching responsibilities at Bucknell included offensive coordination, recruiting, film exchange, scouting, game-planning, fundraising and academic supervision.
