Members of the Kiwanis Club of Shepherdstown gathered with the Charles Town Kiwanis Club at the Epic Buffet of Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races recently for the installation of club officers for the 2011-12 administrative year.

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to “changing the world — one child and one community at a time.” The Shepherdstown Club meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Christ Reformed Church in Shepherdstown. The club sponsors the Key Club at Jefferson High, the Builders Club at Wildwood Middle, and the K-Kids at T. A. Lowery Elementary.
