The Shepherdstown Police Department is investigating two burglaries that occurred Sunday night at Mellow Moods and Two River Treads, located in the 100 block of West German Street. Forced entry was made at both businesses. The Blue Moon Caf was also a recent victim of a burglary. A pry bar or some type of prying tool was used in two of the burglaries.
