Toni Milbourne/Chronicle The Region?IX?Honor Band performs at Musselman Middle School last Sunday evening. High schoolers from Pendleton to Jefferson counties are selected by their band directors to participate. The band rehearses under the guidance of a guest director. Middle school band members also performed during the concert.
