Tyhana Dunnegan and Brandon Conley, of Martinsburg, welcomed a baby girl, Raia Mae Conley, into the world April 17, 2018, at 2:48 p.m. at Berkeley Medical Center. Raia measured 19 inches and weighed 8 pounds. Her paternal grandparents are Brenda and Kenneth Conley; her maternal grandparents are Apryl and Jason Allamong, of Winchester, Virginia, and Sean and Shannon Dunnegan, of Inwood; and her maternal great-grandparents are Theresa and Kenneth Kovach, of Winchester, Virginia.
