Cheyenne E. Hibbitts

Cheyenne “Chey” E. Hibbitts, 37, of Inwood, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in Winchester Medical Center.

Chey was born in 1980, in Falls Church, Virginia, the son of Phillip W. Hibbitts, of Bunker Hill and Karen L. Hibbitts, of Inwood.

Chey had been active in FFA as a teen. After graduation from high school, he attended Shepherd University. Chey worked at Lowe’s as a sales specialist.

He was an avid sports fan watching all types of athletics. His favorite football team was the Denver Broncos.

His greatest love was his family, especially his children and enjoyed the time spent with them.

In addition to his parents, Chey is survived by a daughter, Ava Victoria Hibbitts; a son, Jaxon Reese Hibbitts; and maternal grandmother, Joan M. Mock.

A gathering of family and friends was held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at Omps Funeral Home, 1600 Amherst St., Winchester, VA 22601.

A funeral service was scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. May 25 at Omps, Amherst Chapel with Pastor Vernon Bray officiating. Interment will be in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Winchester.
