Rusty “RJ” Adams

Rusty “RJ” Adams, 64, of Martinsburg, passed away on June 20, 2018.

Rusty was so excited to move on to the next journey – to the next life. He lived a passionate life, true to himself. He admonished us to “Live Better, Love More and Make America Kind Again.”

Rusty was born on July 15, 1953, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was the son of the late Frederick Adams and Delores Gosage Downs. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a musician.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Gatt; two sisters, Rhonda Pryde, of California, and Rhoda Henderson, of Virginia; and one brother, Jason Downs, of Colorado.
