Margarita Edmondson, owner of Catering by Margarita in Charles Town, caters the social-distanced summer party. This was the first party Edmondson has provided dinner service for since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Edmondson followed current health regulations, by wearing a face shield and gloves, and serving single-touch foods, such as blackened shrimp and scallion skewers, melon-wrapped prosciutto skewers and cheese tortellini with pesto and grape tomato skewers.
