HARPERS FERRY — The Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce helped Harpers Ferry Ice Cream Shoppe celebrate its grand opening with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 30. The new business opened adjacent to The Clarion Hotel in Harpers Ferry.
