SHEPHERDSTOWN — Cooper Captures Gallery owner and photographer Diana Cooper stands in her newly expanded gallery space on Saturday afternoon, which formerly housed both hers and her husband’s photography businesses. According to Cooper, the gallery returned to its pre-pandemic schedule on Friday, as the result of her getting the second COVID-19 vaccine two weeks beforehand. New to the gallery are notecard packs, a revamped website and the pictured photograph on acrylic, “Rainbow Halo,” showcasing the uncommon rainbow-like effect in a sun halo.
