Harpers Fairies fly into town

Harpers Fairies, based out of Kearneysville, will return to sell at two more in-person events in the area this year: The Shepherdstown Fairy Festival at Sam Michaels Park on Oct. 15 and 16 and at Evolve for a couple of days during the Christmas shopping season.
