SHEPHERDSTOWN — Georgia Wilmer, of Waynesboro, Va., studies a watercolor by Nancy Kautz, titled “Conversing.” The painting was one of many featured in an exhibition by The Friday Night Painters in the War Memorial Building over the weekend.
