A special “Inhale Light” workshop, led by Susan Grace Wisniewski, will be held a the Harmony Healing Arts Center in Shepherdstown, Friday, Nov. 18 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Inhale Light is a technique which uses a combination of Divine Light and your breath to transform all types of congestion contained within us, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

While the meditation itself is shared, your individual experiences remain private within you. There is a suggested donation of $10 for the workshop, which includes a take-home Inhale Light booklet.
