Anxiety classes set to be held
New classes are starting on Jan. 16 for those struggling with anxiety, depression, unhealthy habits and stress-related issues. Classes meet twice weekly for seven weeks. The tools and skills taught are based on Emotional Brain Training (EBT), an evidenced based brain training for self-regulation. EBT was developed by Laurel Mellin, at the University of California San Francisco’s School of Medicine and based on based on brain science, stress science and attachment theory.
