Goodrich retires, Keller successor
K. Stephen Morris, President and CEO of Jefferson Security Bank, announced the retirement of Executive Vice President of Lending, M. Wayne Goodrich.
Goodrich has been employed by Jefferson Security Bank for 35 years. He has served as Executive Vice President of Lending since December 2004.
Karl J. Keller, age 50, has been appointed by the Board of Directors, to the position of Executive Vice President of Lending effective Jan. 11, 2012.
Keller has 25 years lending experience and has worked at Jefferson Security Bank for 18 years as a commercial loan officer at the Shepherdstown office. Keller is a prior graduate of Shepherd University and holds a masters degree in Public Administration from James Madison University.
Jefferson Security Bank, founded in 1869, is a community bank engaged in the general banking business in Berkeley and Jefferson counties and Washington County, Md.
