Yoga postures will serve as a jumping off point for an interesting excursion into the world of movement. The cost for the workshop is $15 or $12 for those who currently hold a Jala Yoga class card. Jala Yoga offers classes 7 days a week in the vinyasa style of yoga in which poses flow from one to another. Jala Yoga believes that yoga is accessible and necessary for everyone, and both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome. In the spirit of karma yoga, Jala raises money two times a year through donation events. Over this past holiday season, Jala raised $860 and three large boxes of non-perishable food items, all of which were donated to Jefferson County Community Ministries and specifically helped three local families obtain needed goods this winter.
