Dennis and Megan Hartlove, of Shenandoah Junction, announce the birth of their daughter, Kinsley Rae, at 6:49 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2011, in Winchester Medical Center.

She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. Paternal grandparents are Brent and Tina Hartlove, of Shenandoah Junction. Maternal grandparents are Mark Day of Shepherdstown and Monica Day of Kearneysville. Paternal great-grandparents are Jane Miller of Shenandoah Junction and Alan and Sandy Hartlove of Martinsburg.
