Nancy and Paul Gray of Charles Town announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Christine, to Timothy Steven Seibel II, son of Timothy Seibel and Cindy Weese of Keyser, W.Va. Angela is a 2004 graduate of Jefferson High School and a 2008 graduate of Shepherd University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is employed by City Hospital working in the Intensive Care Unit. Timothy is a 2006 graduate of Keyser High School. He currently works at Jefferson County 911 Emergency Communications Center. He is a firefighter and EMT with Shepherdstown Fire Department. A 2013 wedding is planned.
