The construction phase for the pedestrian underpass being built between East and West campuses of the Shepherd University at WV Route 480 and West Virginia Campus Drive began this week. As previously communicated, construction through April of this year will largely involve utility relocations and the building of the detour on the Bavarian Inn property, and is not expected to significantly impact vehicular traffic.
