Members of Shepherdstown Volunteer Fire Department conducted a survey of downtown business structures as a precautionary measure for potential fire emergencies and to improve the community’s ISO rating. The ISO rating measures the capability of fire departments around the country and serves as the basis for a community’s commercial insurance rates.
