Dunham and Cooper

Janie Dunham and Benjamin Cooper were united in marriage Oct. 8, 2011 at Poor House Farm, in Martinsburg. Will Carr, friend of the bride and groom, performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Glen R. and Sherry Dunham of Glengary. The groom is the son of Chris and Sheri Cooper of Shenandoah Junction.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a beaded, lace white trumpet gown with a mid-length veil. She carried a bouquet of round hand tied orange roses with dark blue delphinium and blue thistle with stems wrapped in silver ribbon.

Maid of honor was Stephanie Dorsey, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Haleigh Womble, cousin of the bride, and Jessie Earle, friend of the bride. The bridesmaids wore blue, knee-length dresses. The bridal ladies carried bouquets of white hydrangeas. The ring bearer was McKenna Womble, cousin of the bride, who wore a blue, knee-length dress which matched the bridesmaids. Flower girl was Chloe Womble, cousin of the bride. She wore a white dress accented with cloth white roses and carried a basket which contained dried flower petals accumulated by the bride over the years.

The best man was Sean Geary, friend of the groom. The groomsmen were Josh Cooper, brother of the groom and H.B. Dunham, brother of the bride.

The bride is a graduate of Faith Christian Academy and the National Massage Therapy Institute. She is employed by Mane Attraction in Winchester, Va. The groom is a graduate of Faith Christian Academy. He is employed by the Blue Moon Cafe in Shepherdstown. The couple reside in Martinsburg.
