Nationally known watercolor artist Catherine Hillis will be exhibiting new work at The Bridge Gallery in Shepherdstown. The show will open with a reception to meet the artist on Saturday, Mar. 31 from 5:30 7:30 p.m. Catherine Hillis is a member of the Virginia, Pennsylvania, Baltimore and Potomac Valley Watercolor societies and is well know regionally for her classes and workshops that take place in various place throughout the United Sates and overseas. Her work is representational favoring scenes of busy streets, coastal landscapes and historic sites along the Blue Ridge Mountains near her home in Round Hill, Va.
